Заміські готелі як напрямок розвитку готельного бізнесу

Abstract

UK: У дипломній роботі розглянуто теоретичні засади та підходи до розвитку готельного бізнесу на основі опрацювання положень сучасної теорії розвитку та світового досвіду; проведено дослідження стану готельного бізнесу в Україні та світі в контексті вітчизняних і зарубіжних тенденцій та специфіки його розвитку; розроблено комплекс заходів з впровадження напрямків розвитку готельного бізнесу на основі використання потенціалу заміських готелів. Наукова новизна результатів полягає в удосконаленні комплексу теоретичних і методичних положень щодо диверсифікації розвитку готельного бізнесу на основі його організації у форматі заміських готелів. EN: The thesis examines the theoretical principles and approaches to the development of the hotel business based on the study of the provisions of modern development theory and world experience; a study of the state of the hotel business in Ukraine and the world was conducted in the context of domestic and foreign trends and the specifics of its development; a set of measures was developed to implement hotel business development directions based on the use of the potential of country hotels. The scientific novelty of the results lies in the improvement of the set of theoretical and methodological provisions regarding the diversification of the development of the hotel business based on its organization in the format of country hotels.
