Розроблено систему моніторингу організаційно-технологічних процесів з використанням сучасних методів та приладів. Розроблено технічні рекомендації щодо науково-технічного супроводу із застосуванням нової геодезичної марки при влаштуванні підземних споруд під існуючими будинками. Розроблено методику формування раціональних організаційно-технологічних рішень на основі оптимальних технологічних параметрів та моніторингу будівельно-монтажних робіт з використанням нових методів та приладів. Науково обґрунтовано найбільш значущі заходи у системі прийняття організаційно-технологічних рішень, що впливають на забезпечення ефективності будівництва підземних споруд під існуючими будинками.Теоретична значимість роботи полягає в обґрунтуванні ефективних організаційних та технологічних рішень влаштування підземних просторів під існуючими будинками та вибору параметрів виконання робіт на підставі запропонованої методики моніторингу виконання робіт реконструйованих будівель.Практична значимість роботи полягає в запропонованих організаційно-технологічних рішеннях розглянутої технології збільшення підземного простору під існуючими будинками, застосуванні приладів наземного лазерного сканування при геотехнічному моніторингу реконструйованих будівель. Technical recommendations for scientific and technical support using a new geodetic mark when constructing underground structures under existing buildings have been developed. A method for forming rational organizational and technological solutions based on optimal technological parameters and monitoring construction and installation works using new methods and devices has been developed. The most significant measures in the system of making organizational and technological decisions that affect the efficiency of the construction of underground structures under existing buildings are scientifically substantiated. The theoretical significance of the work lies in substantiating effective organizational and technological solutions for the arrangement of underground spaces under existing buildings and the selection of parameters for the performance of work based on the proposed methodology for monitoring the performance of work on reconstructed buildings.
