Мета роботи – розгляд та з’ясування особливостей інституційного дискурсу як соціолінгвістичного феномена, а також визначення типів та особливостей комунікації в межах проєктної діяльності. Методи дослідження – лінгвістичне спостереження, аналіз отриманої інформації, узагальнення результатів дослідження, опис. У першому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи було розглянуто теоретичні засади дослідження інституційного дискурсу, окреслено поняття «текст» та проаналізовано види текстів. Крім цього, перший розділ вміщує розгляд поняття мовленнєвого акту, дослідження структури мовленнєвого акту, аналіз різних типів мовленнєвих актів. У другому розділі надано детальні характеристики комунікації між учасниками онлайн-проєктів, розглянуто основні блоки комунікації під час реалізації онлайн-проєктів, проаналізовано лінгвальні, структурно-граматичні, лексико-стилістичні особливості комунікативних текстів. Для унаочнення досліджених особливостей текстів комунікації було проведено аналіз повідомлень, взятих з реального професійного чату команди розробки програмного забезпечення. Третій розділ вміщує дослідження різних видів комунікативних невдач, а також надає певні шляхи щодо їх подолання. Дослідження та результати даної кваліфікаційної роботи є наразі актуальними та можуть бути використані як у практичних (освітня практика, написання наукових робіт, ведення та участь у онлайн-проєктах), так і у теоретичних (детальне визначення основних характеристик інституційного дискурсу, аналіз мовленнєвих актів тощо) цілях. EN: The object of research is institutional discourse within the framework of communication in conduction of online projects. The purpose of the work is to consider and establish the characteristics of institutional discourse as a sociolinguistic phenomenon, as well as to determine the types and characteristics of communication within the framework of project activities. Research methods: linguistic observation, analysis of the received information, generalization of research results, description. In the first section of the qualification work, the theoretical foundations of the institutional discourse study were considered, the concept of "text" was identified and the types of texts were analyzed. In addition, the first section contains a consideration of the speech act concept, a study of the speech act structure, an analysis of various types of speech acts. In the second section, detailed characteristics of communication between participants in online projects are presented, the main blocks of communication in the implementation of online projects are considered, lingual, structural-grammatical, lexical and stylistic features of communicative texts are analyzed. For a demonstrative study of the features of communication texts, an analysis of messages taken from a real professional chat of the software development team was carried out. The third section contains research on various types of communication failures, and also provides specific ways to overcome them.
