Мета дипломної роботи – обґрунтування напрямків підвищення ефективності інвестиційної діяльності товариства з обмеженою відповідальністю «Пирятинський сирзавод», яке входить до складу холдингу «Молочний альянс». Методи дослідження є фундаментальні і прикладні положення економічної науки, розроблені в працях вітчизняних та зарубіжних економістів щодо ефективності інвестиційної діяльності підприємства. Результати та їх новизна. Здійснено оцінку ефективності інвестиційної діяльності підприємства та розроблено перспективні напрямки розвитку інвестиційної діяльності. Новизна роботи полягає в розробці методичних підходів до оцінки ефективності інвестиційної діяльності підприємства на основі найбільш значущих показників ефективності діяльності підприємства. Основні положення роботи. Розглянуто теоретичні основи ефективності інвестиційної діяльності підприємства, проведено оцінку ефективності інвестиційної діяльності ТОВ «Пирятинський сирзавод», визначено шляхи удосконалення інвестиційної діяльності ТОВ «Пирятинський сирзавод». Значущість роботи і висновки. Визначені шляхи вдосконалення інвестиційної діяльності підприємства дозволяють виявити перспективу розвитку ТОВ «Пирятинський сирзавод», підвищити ефективність інвестиційної діяльності, поліпшити фінансово-економічні результати діяльності та конкурентоспроможність підприємства за рахунок залучення інвестицій. The object of the diploma thesis is the efficiency of the investment activity of the enterprise of the dairy industry - LLC «Pyryatynsky cheese factory». The subject of the thesis is the principles and regularities, theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of the investment activity of the enterprise in the dairy industry. The purpose of the thesis is to substantiate the directions for increasing the efficiency of the investment activity of the limited liability company «Pyryatynskyi syrzavod», which is part of the «Milk Alliance» holding. Research methods are fundamental and applied provisions of economic science, developed in the works of domestic and foreign economists regarding the efficiency of investment activities of the enterprise. Results and their novelty. An assessment of the efficiency of the enterprise’s investment activity was carried out and promising directions for the development of investment activity were developed. The novelty of the work consists in the development of methodical approaches to the evaluation of the efficiency of the enterprise’s investment activity based on the most significant indicators of the efficiency of the enterprise’s activity. The theoretical foundations of the efficiency of the enterprise’s investment activity were considered, an assessment of the efficiency of the investment activity of the LLC «Pyryatinsky Cheese Factory» was carried out, and the ways of improving the investment activity of the LLC «Pyryatinsky Cheese Factory» were determined.
