Цей аспект стає невід'ємною частиною теорії і практики управління, що дозволяє не уникати ризиків, а управляти ними. Мета управління ризиками підприємницької діяльності полягає в розробці і реалізації управлінських рішень, спрямованих на усунення ризикових ситуацій, що виникають в процесі діяльності підприємства, тобто відновлення початкового стану або тенденцій його позитивного розвитку в зовнішньому середовищі при мінімально можливих втратах. Управління ризиками та їх мінімізація є вагомим чинником розвитку і стабільності організації, підвищення конкурентоспроможності на ринку, що потребує попереднього їх виявлення та оцінки. У статті проведено аналіз галузевої конкуренції за методом дослідження п’яти конкурентних сил. Виявлено та оцінено специфічні ризики ІТ-компанії. Запропоновано заходи щодо зниження впливу ризиків. Надано рекомендації щодо підвищення конкурентоспроможності. Розроблено модель інформаційного забезпечення системи управління ризиками в компанії. EN: In the market conditions of question of estimation of potential and real risks for activity of enterprise acquires an independent theoretical and applied value. This aspect becomes inalienable part of theory and practice of management, that allows not to avoid risks, but manage them. The aim of management the risks of entrepreneurial activity consists in development realization of administrative decisions, risk situations that arise up in the process of activity of enterprise sent to the removal, id est proceeding in the initial state or tendencies of him positive development in an environment at minimum possible losses. A management and their minimization risks are the ponderable factor of development and stability of organization, increase of competitiveness at the market that needs their previous exposure and estimation. Every enterprise functions in the zone of permanent risks, and then more difficult his organization and intercommunications with the outer world, the more difficult and more various peculiar to him risks. Proportionally probability of origin of new risks increases the high rate of height of industry of IT for companies. Therefore, one of major directions of increase of stability and competitiveness of IT-company the construction of effective control system by risks must become. Thus a management process must come true system and include an exposure, authentication, risk estimation, analysis of consequences of his influence, forming of the effective events directed to envisage the origins of risk events and reduce them negative consequences. The decision of the put task is possible only within the framework effectively operating complex control system by the risks of enterprise.
