Розкрито роль та значення ІТ-послуг у процесах цифрової трансформації світової економіки. Уточнено теоретико-методологічний апарат дослідження, зокрема поняття «ІТ-послуги», під якими пропонується розуміти сукупність професійних інформаційно-технологічних рішень і сервісів, що забезпечують підтримку, розвиток та оптимізацію бізнес-процесів завдяки використанню цифрових технологій. Окреслено основні напрями розвитку ІТ-послуг, включаючи хмарні обчислення, кібербезпеку, штучний інтелект, аутсорсинг та автоматизацію. Досліджено актуальні проблеми, що гальмують розвиток світового ринку ІТ-послуг, серед яких: нестача кваліфікованих кадрів, нерівномірний доступ до цифрових інфраструктур та питання інформаційної безпеки. EN: The paper analyzes modern approaches to defining the essence of the concept of "IT services" and outlines their key components. The role and significance of IT services in the processes of digital transformation of the world economy are revealed. The theoretical and methodological apparatus of the study is specified, in particular the concept of "IT services", which is proposed to be understood as a set of professional information and technology solutions and services that provide support, development and optimization of business processes through the use of digital technologies. The main directions of development of IT services are outlined, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, outsourcing and automation.
