    Схильність до стресу в екзаменаційний період та його профілактика у студентів

    UK: У бакалаврській роботі був здійснений теоретичний аналіз наукової літератури з проблематики дослідження, розглянуті форми та методи роботи зі стресом та його наслідками. Також з метою дослідження схильності до стресу в екзаменаційний період у студентів, було організовано та проведено емпіричне дослідження. Враховуючи результати проведеного експерименту, було розроблено рекомендації щодо формування стресостійкості студентів. EN: In the bachelor thesis, a theoretical analysis of the scientific literature on the issues of the research was carried out, the forms and methods of working with stress and its consequences were considered. An empirical study was also organized and conducted in order to investigate students' susceptibility to stress during the exam period. Taking into account the results of the conducted experiment, recommendations were developed for the formation of students' stress resistance.
