    UK: Стаття присвячена актуальній проблемі сучасності – стану здоров’я молоді. Орієнтиром для студента має бути створення стійкої мотивації до здорового і продуктивного стилю життя, формування потреби у фізичному самовдосконаленні. Найбільш гострою проблемою є серйозне погіршення власного здоров’я у студентської молоді, яким потрібна розробка і реалізація особистісно-орієнтованої, індивідуальної, перспективної за часом програми оздоровлення, враховуючи значний відсоток числа студентів, віднесених за станом здоров’я до спеціальної медичної групи. EN: The article is devoted to an actual problem of our time - the state of health of young people. The benchmark for the student should be the creation of sustainable motivation for a healthy and productive lifestyle, the formation of the need for physical self-improvement. The most acute problem is the serious deterioration of their own health among student youth, who need the development and implementation of a personally-oriented, individual, time-promising rehabilitation program, taking into account a significant percentage of the number of students classified according to their state of health to a special medical group.
