Фізична реабілітація хворих на вертеброгенні попереково-крижові радикулопатії

Abstract

UK: Дипломну роботу присвячено розробці та науковому обґрунтуванню та клінічній перевірці ефективності індивідуалізованої програми фізичної реабілітації для пацієнтів із вертеброгенною попереково-крижовою радикулопатією. У вступі обґрунтовано актуальність проблеми, сформульовано мету, завдання, об’єкт і предмет дослідження, визначено методи дослідження, подано характеристику структури роботи. Перший розділ присвячено аналізу анатомо-фізіологічних особливостей попереково-крижового відділу хребта, етіології, патогенезу та клінічним проявам радикулопатій, а також сучасним методам їх діагностики та реабілітації. У другому розділі подано опис обстеженого контингенту, вибраних методів дослідження функціонального стану, а також методичні підходи до організації та проведення дослідження, розроблено практичні рекомендації для фахівців із фізичної терапії. У третьому розділі наведено результати емпіричного дослідження, динаміку змін показників функціонального стану у порівнянні з контрольною групою та обговорення ефективності запропонованої програми. У висновках узагальнено результати дослідження, підтверджено ефективність застосованої програми фізичної реабілітації з урахуванням корекції ліжка. EN: The diploma thesis is devoted to the development, scientific substantiation, and clinical evaluation of the effectiveness of an individualized physical rehabilitation program for patients with vertebrogenic lumbosacral radiculopathies. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the problem, defines the aim, objectives, object and subject of the research, outlines the research methods used, and presents the structure of the thesis. Chapter One is dedicated to the analysis of the anatomical and physiological features of the lumbosacral spine, the etiology, pathogenesis, and clinical manifestations of radiculopathies, as well as modern methods of their diagnosis and rehabilitation. Chapter Two provides a description of the study population, justification for the selected methods of functional status assessment, and methodological approaches to the organization and conduct of the study. Chapter Three presents the results of the empirical research, the dynamics of changes in functional status indicators in comparison with the control group, and a discussion of the effectiveness of the proposed program. Practical recommendations for physical therapy specialists have been developed. The conclusions summarize the research findings and confirm the effectiveness of the implemented physical rehabilitation program, taking into account the use of medical furniture.
