Ефективність комплексної програми реабілітації дітей дошкільного віку хворих на дитячий церебральний параліч

Abstract

UK: Дипломна робота на тему «Ефективність комплексної програми реабілітації дітей дошкільного віку, хворих на ДЦП» присвячена обґрунтуванню сучасних методичних підходів до фізичної терапії з урахуванням клінічних особливостей дітей із дитячим церебральним паралічем та оцінці результативності індивідуально розробленої програми реабілітації. У вступі розкрито актуальність проблеми, сформульовано мету, об’єкт і предмет дослідження, поставлено завдання, визначено наукову новизну, практичне значення одержаних результатів та структуру роботи. У першому розділі подано огляд наукових джерел з етіології та патогенезу ДЦП, описано рухові порушення при спастичних формах та обґрунтовано ефективність застосування фізичної терапії для корекції рухового стереотипу. Другий розділ присвячений завданням, методам і організації дослідження. Описано інструменти оцінки функціонального стану, методи позиціонування, адаптації, сучасні методики фізичної терапії, що застосовувалися під час реабілітації. У третьому розділі представлено результати дослідження, у якому брали участь діти дошкільного віку з ІІ GMFCS. Проведено порівняльний аналіз ефективності стандартної та сучасної індивідуалізованої програми терапії. У висновках обґрунтовано доцільність застосування індивідуалізованого підходу до фізичної терапії, що дозволяє досягти стабільного зниження спастичності, покращити рухову активність та якість життя дітей з ДЦП. EN: The thesis entitled "Effectiveness of a Comprehensive Rehabilitation Program for Preschool Children with Cerebral Palsy" is devoted to the substantiation of modern methodological approaches to physical therapy, taking into account the clinical features of children with cerebral palsy, and to the assessment of the effectiveness of an individually developed rehabilitation program. The introduction reveals the relevance of the problem, formulates the aim, object, and subject of the study, outlines the research objectives, defines the scientific novelty, practical significance of the obtained results, and the structure of the work. The first chapter provides a review of scientific sources on the etiology and pathogenesis of cerebral palsy, describes motor impairments in spastic forms, and substantiates the effectiveness of physical therapy for correcting motor patterns. The second chapter is devoted to the objectives, methods, and organization of the study. It describes tools for assessing functional status, positioning methods, adaptation, and modern physical therapy techniques used during the rehabilitation process. The third chapter presents the results of the study, which involved preschool children with level II GMFCS. A comparative analysis of the effectiveness of the standard and modern individualized therapy programs was conducted. The conclusions justify the feasibility of applying an individualized approach to physical therapy in children with cerebral palsy, which allows for a stable reduction in spasticity, improvement in motor activity, and enhancement of quality of life.
