Abstract

UK: В статті аналізується взаємодія ЄСПЛ та Суду ЄС в сфері захисту прав людини. Розглядається історія та нормативна база такої взаємодії. Підкреслена роль Ніццького договору ЄС, який відніс питання захисту прав людини до компетенції Суду ЄС та Лісабонського договору, який встановив, що інститут захисту прав людини є найвищою ціннісною ЄС та надав юридичної чинності Хартії ЄС про основоположні права 2000 р. EN: The article analyzes the interaction between the ECHR and the EU Court of Justice in the field of human rights protection. The history and regulatory framework of such interaction are considered. The author emphasizes the role of the EU Treaty of Nice, which placed human rights protection within the competence of the EU Court of Justice, and the Treaty of Lisbon, which established that the institution of human rights protection is the highest value of the EU and gave legal force to the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights of 2000.
