Abstract

UK: Дипломну роботу на тему «Програма фізичної терапії для пацієнтів середнього віку із дегенеративно-дистрофічними ураженнями поперекового відділу хребта на амбулаторному етапі реабілітації» присвячено опису та обґрунтуванню програми фізичної терапії на амбулаторному етапі реабілітації у пацієнтів середнього віку та визначенню ефективності запропонованої розробки. У вступі обґрунтовано актуальність теми, надані статистичні дані, сформульовано мету, завдання, об’єкт, предмет, методи дослідження, подано теоретичне та практичне значення отриманих результатів, обсяг та структуру роботи. У першому розділі проаналізовані сучасні наукові дані щодо етіології, патогенезу та клінічних проявів дегенеративно-дистрофічних змін у поперековому відділі хребта. Окрема увага приділена принципам та методам фізичної реабілітації, що застосовуються при цій патології. У другому розділі надано характеристику контингенту осіб, які беруть участь у дослідженні, описано та обґрунтовано методи фізичної терапії та показники діагностики ефективності запропонованого комплексу занять; надано інформацію щодо організації дослідження. У третьому розділі подано результати дослідження та проаналізовано ефективність розробленого комплексу занять фізичною терапією. У висновках стисло описано найважливіші підсумки проведеного дослідження, висловлено остаточну думку щодо ефективності програми. EN: The diploma thesis on the topic “Physical therapy program for middle-aged patients with degenerative-dystrophic changes of the lumbar spine at the outpatient rehabilitation stage” is devoted to the description and substantiation of the physical therapy program at the outpatient stage of rehabilitation in middle-aged patients and to determine the effectiveness of the proposed development. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the topic with statistical data provided, formulates the aim, objectives, object and methods of the research. The scope and structure of the work are also outlined. The first section analyzes modern scientific data on the etiology, pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of degenerative-dystrophic changes in the lumbar spine. Particular attention is paid to the principles and methods of physical rehabilitation used in this pathology. The second section provides a description of the contingent of persons participating in the study, describes and substantiates the methods of physical therapy and diagnostic indicators of the effectiveness of the proposed set of classes; provided information on the organization of the study. The third section presents the results of the study and analyzes the effectiveness of the developed complex of physical therapy classes. The conclusion describes the most important aspects of the research findings, and the final opinion on the effectiveness of the program is expressed.
