Abstract

UK: Дипломну роботу на тему «Фізична терапія чоловіків другого зрілого віку після ендопротезування кульшового суглобу» присвячено опису та обґрунтуванню комплексу занять фізичною терапією на віддаленому післяопераційному періоді реабілітації та визначенню ефективності запропонованої розробки. У вступі обґрунтовано актуальність теми, сформульовано мету, завдання, об’єкт, предмет, методи дослідження, подано теоретичне та практичне значення отриманих результатів, обсяг та структуру роботи. У першому розділі «Загальні аспекти анатомії, біомеханіки та реабілітації після ендопротезування кульшового суглоба» розглянуто будову, функції та біомеханіку кульшового суглоба; надано характеристику конструкцій існуючих ендопротезів кульшового суглоба; описано особливості проведення оперативного втручання та реабілітації після нього. У другому розділі надано характеристику контингенту осіб, які беруть участь у дослідженні, описано та обґрунтовано методи фізичної терапії та показники діагностики ефективності запропонованого комплексу занять; надано інформацію щодо організації дослідження. У третьому розділі подано результати дослідження та проаналізовано ефективність розробленого комплексу занять фізичною терапією. У висновках стисло описано найбільш важливі підсумки проведеного дослідження, висловлено остаточну думку щодо ефективності комплексу занять. EN: The diploma thesis on the topic “Physical therapy of men of the second mature age after hip arthroplasty” is devoted to the description and substantiation of a complex of physical therapy classes in the remote postoperative period of rehabilitation and the determination of the effectiveness of the proposed development. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the topic, formulates the goal, task, object, subject, research methods, presents the theoretical and practical significance of the obtained results, the scope and structure of the work. The first chapter, “General Aspects of Anatomy, Biomechanics, and Rehabilitation After Hip Arthroplasty” discusses the structure, function, and biomechanics of the hip joint; a description of the designs of existing endoprostheses of the hip joint is provided; features of surgical intervention and rehabilitation after it are described. The second section provides a description of the contingent of persons participating in the study, describes and substantiates the methods of physical therapy and diagnostic indicators of the effectiveness of the proposed set of classes; provided information on the organization of the study. The third section presents the results of the study and analyzes the effectiveness of the developed complex of physical therapy classes. The conclusions briefly describe the most important results of the conducted research, express the final opinion on the effectiveness of the training complex.
