Item Убезпечення споживання на національному і мегарегіональному рівнях(Видавничий дім «Гельветика», 2021) Антонюк, Катерина; Kateryna, AntoniukUK: Монографічне дослідження присвячене формуванню теоретико-методологічних засад та розробці практичних рекомендацій щодо посилення споживчої безпеки України в процесі євроінтеграції. За допомогою розробленого методичного апарату дослідження висвітлено теоретичні та прикладні аспекти забезпечення безпеки споживання товарів (послуг) у системі економічної безпеки держави. Визначено сутність категорії «безпека споживання»; встановлено його взаємозв'язки з Цілями сталого розвитку; проаналізовано інституційну основу забезпечення безпеки споживачів; розроблено модель поведінки споживача як інституту забезпечення споживання. Визначено загрози безпеці споживача, виявлено тенденцію зміни її рівня, розроблено системно-динамічну модель. Обґрунтовано напрямки реалізації організаційно-інституційних засад забезпечення споживання у підприємницькій діяльності. Здійснюється стратегічне програмування зміцнення споживчої безпеки країни в процесі євроінтеграції. Робота буде цікава науковцям, менеджерам, підприємцям, студентам, викладачам, а також усім, хто турбується про власну та національну безпеку, насамперед у контексті безпеки споживачів. EN: The monographic study is devoted to the formation of theoretical and methodological principles and the development of practical recommendations for strengthening consumer security in Ukraine in the process of European integration. The theoretical and applied aspects of ensuring the safety of consumption of goods (services) in the system of economic security of the state are highlighted using the developed methodological apparatus of the study. The essence of the category "consumption security" is determined; its interrelationships with the Sustainable Development Goals are established; the institutional basis for ensuring consumer security is analyzed; a model of consumer behavior as an institution for ensuring consumption is developed. Threats to consumer security are identified, a trend in changing its level is revealed, a system-dynamic model is developed. Directions for implementing organizational and institutional principles for ensuring consumption in business activities are substantiated. Strategic programming for strengthening consumer security in the country in the process of European integration is carried out. The work will be interesting to scientists, managers, entrepreneurs, students, teachers, as well as everyone who is concerned about their own and national security, primarily in the context of consumer security.Item Трудовий потенціал аграрної сфери як базовий імператив сталого розвитку(ФОП Мокшанов В. The current state and conditions of the functioning of the agricultural sector of Ukraine are analyzed. The problems of personnel provision for the innovative development of the agricultural sector are identified. The factors and trends of the formation, use and development of the labor potential of the agricultural sector are analyzed, the efficiency of the use of labor potential is investigated. A strategic approach to labor potential management is substantiated, which will ensure the sustainable development of the agricultural sector as a leading sector of the national economy.
