UK: У дипломній роботі розглянуто теоретичні аспекти системи мотивації персоналу підприємства сфери послуг; проведене дослідження управління мотивацією персоналу готелю «Фаворит»; розроблено управлінські рішення з формування системи мотивації персоналу готелю. Новизна результатів дослідження полягає в удосконаленні комплексу теоретичних і методичних положень з розвитку управління мотивацією персоналу готелю. Розроблено управлінські заходи щодо формування системи мотивації персоналу готелю. EN: The thesis examines the theoretical aspects of the system of motivation of personnel in the service sector; Conducted a study of the management of the motivation of the staff of the "Favorit" hotel; management solutions for the formation of the hotel staff motivation system were developed.
