Методичні вказівки до лабораторних робіт з дисципліни “Фізика діелектриків”

Abstract

UK: В даних методичних вказівках теоретично викладено механізми поляризації діелектриків та методи вимірювання ємності; методики визначення діелектричної проникності лінійного діелектрика, явища поляризації сегнетоелектриків осцилографічним методом та дослідження температурної залежності діелектричної проникності; прямий і зворотний п’єзоєфекти, а також резонансний метод визначення п’єзомодулів поляризованої кераміки. Запропоновано теоретичні відомості підтвердити експериментальними даними.

EN: These methodological instructions theoretically describe the mechanisms of dielectric polarization and the methods of measuring the capacitance; methods for determining the dielectric constant of a linear dielectric, the phenomenon of polarization of ferroelectrics by an oscillographic method, and the study of the temperature dependence of dielectric constant; direct and reverse piezo effects, as well as a resonant method for the determination of piezomodules of polarized ceramics. It is suggested to confirm the theoretical data with experimental data.
