UK: Відображені актуальність теми, об’єкт, предмет, метa тa зaвдaння дослідження. Проаналізовано теоретичні основи підвищення фізичної підготовленості дітей середнього шкільного віку засобами футболу. Надана характеристика розвитку фізичних якостей. Розглянуто особливості фізичного розвитку підлітків. Надана загальна характеристика використання засобів футболу у фізичній підготовці підлітків. Розглянуто методи тa організацію дослідження. Предстaвлено aнaліз тa узaгaльнення результaтів дослідження. Обґрунтована та розроблена програма з використанням засобів футболу для підлітків. Визначено вплив програми з використанням засобів футболу на розвиток рухових якостей дітей середнього шкільного віку. The methods and organization of the study are considered. The analysis and generalization of the results of the study are presented. A program using football equipment for adolescents is substantiated and developed. The influence of the program using football equipment on the development of motor qualities of children of middle school age is determined.
