UK: У кваліфікаційній роботі вивчено теоретичні аспекти стимулювання мотивації і стимулювання персоналу; досліджено мотивацію і стимулювання персоналу готелю; надано рекомендації з вдосконалення системи мотивації і стимулювання персоналу в готелі.
