Впровадження інновацій на підприємствах сфери HoReCa

Abstract

UK: У роботі розглянуто теоретичні основи інноваційної діяльності в індустрії гостинності та особливості впровадження сучасних технологій у готельному та ресторанному бізнесі. Проведено аналіз використання інновацій у готелі «Premier Hotel Lybid» м. Київ. Запропоновано напрями підвищення якості обслуговування в готельних підприємствах, що ґрунтуються на впровадженні цифрових рішень, удосконаленні сервісних процесів та підвищенні рівня персоналізації послуг. EN: The paper examines the theoretical foundations of innovation in the hospitality industry and the features of implementing modern technologies in the hotel and restaurant business. An analysis of the use of innovations in the hotel "Premier Hotel Lybid" in Kyiv was conducted. Directions for improving the quality of service in hotel enterprises are proposed, based on the implementation of digital solutions, improving service processes and increasing the level of personalization of services.
