Abstract

UK: Досліджено можливості підвищення ефективності процесу цементації обробки низьколегованих конструкційних сталей. Розглянуті сучасні технології цементації низьколегованих конструкційних сталей. Досліджено вплив параметрів технологічного процесу газової цементації на якість отриманих виробів. Встановлено залежності та отримано рівняння впливу часу цементації на глибину зміцненого шару, які можна застосовувати для оптимізації існуючих технологій. Розраховано економічну доцільність проведення оптимізації технологічного процесу. EN: Possibilities of increasing the efficiency of the cementation process of processing low-alloy structural steels have been investigated. Modern technologies of cementation of low-alloy structural steels are considered. The influence of parameters of the technological process of gas cementation on the quality of the obtained products was studied. Dependencies were established and equations of the effect of cementation time on the depth of the hardened layer were obtained, which can be used to optimize existing technologies. The economic feasibility of optimizing the technological process is calculated.
