Abstract

UK: Монографія присвячена дослідженню впровадження моделі електронного урядування в систему соціального обслуговування населення, основою якої є надання електронних соціальних послуг. Для працівників сфери соціального обслуговування, державних службовців, викладачів ВНЗ, студентів, всіх, хто цікавиться проблемами впровадження і розвитку електронного урядування. EN: The monograph presents a system description of the social state as natural and appropriate product of an impact of national educдуховнихation system in the context of evolving knowledge society. Ukrainian society faces the challenge for further development towards sociality, solves problems of the globalized world and its market, while trying to integrate into the world and European economic and educational environment. This integration requires structural and functional reforms and modernization of the national education system. The author stresses that the modern educational system should value the principles of democracy and justice, and that modernization of education should move in the direction of democratization based on the ideals of a developed social state.
