| dc.description.abstract | UK: Розкрито проблематику юридичного закріплення правових стимулів у трудовому законодавстві України із залученням теоретичних положень у сфері юридичної техніки. Розглянуті деякі загальні прийоми і правила юридичної техніки для закріплення правових стимулів. Звернено увагу на значення правильного застосування юридичних конструкцій задля досягнення цілей правового стимулювання. Акцентовано, що юридичні терміни та конструкції виступають найважливішим засобом вираження нормативного змісту права, складовою мови права. EN: The problem of legal consolidation of legal incentives in the labor legislation of Ukraine is revealed from the studied theoretical provisions in the field of legal technology. Some general techniques and rules of legal technique for securing legal incentives are considered. Attention is drawn to the importance of the level of protection of legal structures for achieving the goals of legal incentives. It is emphasized that legal terms and constructions are the most important means of expressing the normative content of law, a component of the language of law. | uk |
