Abstract
UK: Монографія присвячена розробленню теоретико-методологічних положень, прикладних аспектів та інструментів управління розвитком туризму, спрямованих на створення умов для забезпечення сталого розвитку сфери туризму й курортів в Україні. Досліджено теоретичні та методологічні основи управління розвитком туризму. Проведено діагностику проблем і розглянуто особливості управління розвитком туризму в Україні. Проаналізовано сучасні тенденції розвитку туризму як об’єкта управління в умовах трансформації національної економіки. Сформульовано пропозиції щодо формування ефективного управління розвитком туризму в Україні. Обґрунтовано впровадження дієвих підходів та інструментів управління розвитком туризму в Україні.
Практичне значення монографії полягає в тому, що теоретичні положення доведено до рівня конкретних практичних пропозицій і рекомендацій. Одержані результати спрямовані на створення умов для забезпечення сталого розвитку галузі туризму та курортів в Україні, перетворення її на високорентабельну, інтегровану у світовий ринок.
EN: The monograph is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological provisions, applied aspects and tools of tourism development management, aimed at creating conditions for ensuring the sustainable development of tourism and resorts in Ukraine. The theoretical and methodological foundations of tourism development management were studied. The diagnosis of problems was carried out and the peculiarities of managing the development of tourism in Ukraine were considered. Modern trends in the development of tourism as an object of management in the conditions of the transformation of the national economy are analyzed. Proposals for effective management of tourism development in Ukraine have been formulated. The implementation of effective approaches and management tools for the development of tourism in Ukraine is substantiated.
The practical significance of the monograph is that the theoretical provisions have been brought to the level of concrete practical proposals and recommendations. The obtained results are aimed at creating conditions for ensuring the sustainable development of the tourism and resort industry in Ukraine, transforming it into a highly profitable one integrated into the world market.
