UK: Розглянуто сутність та зміст процесу управління. Досліджено структуру управління праці та соціального захисту населення, організацію та мотивацію праці. Розглянуто організацію і контроль органами соціального захисту. Проведено аналіз показників чисельності управління праці на прикладі районної адміністрації. Наведено загальну характеристику управління праці та соціального захисту населення Заводської районної адміністрації. Охарактеризовано основні напрями удосконалення соціальної політики щодо оптимізації чисельності працівників органів місцевого самоврядування. Проведено оцінку підвищення діяльності організації та мотивації трудової діяльності. EN: The essence and content of the management process are considered.
