Навчальний посібник призначено для викладання та навчання з дисциплін «Методологія і організація наукових досліджень» на туристських факультетах закладів вищої освіти. EN: In this study guide, the material is devoted to the formation of scientific work skills based on the mastery of modern methods and techniques of scientific research. Various forms, methods and tools of organizing and conducting scientific research by master's students are considered. The training manual contains theoretical and practical parts. The main attention is paid to the study of the pedagogical problem of the formation of highly qualified personnel for the field of tourism, hotel and restaurant business, who possess the knowledge and skills of using the basic methods of scientific research and critical understanding of the acquired knowledge in the field of hospitality.
