| dc.description.abstract | UK: Сучасні силові установки та авіаційні двигуни працюють при підвищених температурах, які іноді можуть перевищувати 1700 С. Для забезпечення роботи при високих температурах застосовують термостійкі покриття на основі нікелю. Ресурс лопаток, в першу чергу, залежить від показників якості нанесених покриттів (до рівності або відсутності пор, в тому числі, хімічної однорідності). Якість перекриття визначається режимами нанесення і якістю катода. Як правило, катоди - це сплави, яким надана спеціальна геометрія. Існує кілька технологій виготовлення катодів, кожна з яких має свої переваги і недоліки. Одним із способів є шарове сплавлення катодів у мідній водоохолоджуваній формі з використанням розплавленого або негнучкого електрода. Quality of overcoating is determined by the modes of causing and quality of cathode. As a rule, cathodes are alloys that is inflicted with the special geometry. There are a few technologies of making of cathodes, each of that has the advantages and defects. One of methods is a layer alloy of cathodes in copper water-cooled mold with the use of the melted or inflexible electrode. | |
