Цифровізація соціального захисту населення в умовах євроінтеграції України

Abstract

UK: У статті здійснено комплексний аналіз правових засад цифровізації соціального захисту населення в Україні в умовах європейської інтеграції. Обґрунтовано, що цифрова трансформація соціальної сфери є важливим напрямом модернізації механізмів реалізації конституційного права на соціальний захист та одним із ключових інструментів підвищення ефективності соціальної політики держави. Визначено, що впровадження цифрових технологій сприяє підвищенню доступності, оперативності, прозорості та адресності соціальних послуг і виплат, спрощенню взаємодії громадян з органами державної влади та зниженню адміністративних бар'єрів. EN: The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the legal foundations of the digitalization of social protection in Ukraine in the context of European integration. It is substantiated that the digital transformation of the social sphere is an important direction for modernizing the mechanisms of implementing the constitutional right to social protection and one of the key instruments for increasing the effectiveness of state social policy. The study emphasizes that the introduction of digital technologies contributes to improving the accessibility, efficiency, transparency, and targeting of social services and benefits, simplifying interaction between citizens and public authorities, reducing administrative barriers, and ensuring more effective management of social support programs.
