Смартекономіка як нова парадигма глобального економічного розвитку

Abstract

UK: У роботі розглянуто еволюцію поглядів на формування та розвиток смартекономіки. Наведено основні складові та ключові елементи смартекономіки, розглянуто драйвери її зростання та інноваційного розвитку. Розкрито сутність і роль смартекономіки в умовах глобальної економіки, уточнено теоретико-методологічні засади її дослідження. Оцінено проблеми та перспективи розвитку світової та національної смартекономіки, проаналізовано глобальні тенденції впровадження інтелектуальних технологій у різні сектори економіки. Розглянуто вплив концепцій Індустрії 4.0, інтернету речей, великих даних та автоматизованих систем на формування смартекономіки. Запропоновано перспективні напрями розвитку смартекономіки як нової парадигми глобального економічного розвитку та визначено її ключову роль у підвищенні конкурентоспроможності економік світу та України. EN: The paper examines the evolution of views on the formation and development of the smart economy. The main components and key elements of the smart economy are presented, the drivers of its growth and innovative development are considered. The essence and role of the smart economy in the global economy are revealed, the theoretical and methodological principles of its research are clarified. The problems and prospects for the development of the global and national smart economy are assessed, global trends in the introduction of intellectual technologies into various sectors of the economy are analyzed. The influence of the concepts of Industry 4.0, the Internet of Things, big data and automated systems on the formation of the smart economy is considered. Promising directions for the development of the smart economy as a new paradigm of global economic development are proposed, and its key role in increasing the competitiveness of the economies of the world and Ukraine is determined.
