Інституційні чинники постіндустріальних трансформацій у країнах Балтії

Abstract

UK: З’ясовано еволюцію теоретичних підходів до постіндустріального розвитку в умовах становлення Індустрії 4.0 та визначено роль економіки знань у сучасних трансформаційних процесах. Обґрунтовано значення інституційного середовища як ключового чинника структурної модернізації економічних систем та забезпечення їх міжнародної конкурентоспроможності. Проаналізовано особливості формування ринкових інститутів та інтеграції країн Балтії до європейського економічного простору. Охарактеризовано моделі цифрового врядування та інституційні механізми розвитку інноваційних екосистем Естонії, Латвії та Литви. Здійснено порівняльну оцінку інституційних позицій України та країн Балтії. EN: The study clarifies the evolution of theoretical approaches to post-industrial development in the context of Industry 4.0 and identifies the role of the knowledge economy in contemporary transformation processes. It substantiates the importance of the institutional environment as a key factor in the structural modernization of economic systems and the enhancement of international competitiveness. The research analyzes the formation of market institutions and the integration of the Baltic States into the European economic area. Particular attention is paid to digital governance models and institutional mechanisms supporting innovation ecosystems in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. A comparative assessment of the institutional positions of Ukraine and the Baltic States has been conducted.
