UK: У першому розділі розглянуто теоретичні аспекти мотивації персоналу, визначено основні методичні підходи до її формування та управління. У другому розділі здійснено аналіз системи мотивації персоналу фабрики-кухні «Галя Балувана», охарактеризовано виробничий персонал та оцінено ефективність поточних механізмів стимулювання. У третьому розділі запропоновано шляхи вдосконалення системи мотивації персоналу на підприємстві, обґрунтовано доцільність впровадження нових методів матеріального стимулювання. Практичне значення дослідження полягає у можливості застосування запропонованих рекомендацій для покращення мотиваційної політики фабрики-кухні «Галя Балувана». Це дозволить підвищити продуктивність праці, рівень задоволеності персоналу та конкурентоспроможність підприємства на ринку.
