Abstract
UK: У статті досліджено науково-теоретичні особливості формування механізму підвищення ефективності діяльності промислового підприємства. Розглянуто поняття «механізм» з різних позицій та його особливості. Доведено, що під час розроблення механізму підвищення ефективності діяльності промислового підприємства необхідно враховувати всі фактори, які впливають на ефективність економічної діяльності. Проаналізовано принципи, яких доцільно дотримуватися під час формування системи показників ефективності діяльності підприємства, надані практичні рекомендації щодо
формування і вдосконалення механізму підвищення ефективності діяльності промислового підприємства, що дасть змогу покращити технічне озброєння виробництва та забезпечить конкурентоспроможність виготовлюваної продукції за рахунок упровадження новітніх технологій. Розглянуто групи факторів (зовнішніх та внутрішніх) системи економічної ефективності діяльності підприємств.
EN: The article investigates the theoretical and theoretical features of the formation of the mechanism of increasing the effciency of industrial enterprise. The concept of "mechanism" from different points of view and its features are considered. It is proved that when developing a mechanism for improving the effciency of an industrial enterprise, it is necessary to take into account all the factors that affect the effciency of economic activity. The principles that should be adhered to in the formation of the system of performance indicators of the enterprise are analyzed, practical recommendations are given on the formation and improvement of the mechanism of increasing the effciency and activity of the industrial enterprise, which will allow to improve the technical armament of production and to ensure the competitiveness of manufactured products through the introduction of the latest technologies. The groups of factors (external and internal) of the system of economic effciency of activity of enterprises are considered. In this regard, the study of the process of functioning of the enterprise requires application of the system approach, which focuses attention not only on the enterprise itself, but also on its environment. The enterprise is seen not as an isolated and independent structure, but as an open economic system and as an organic part of society, which gives priority to the consumer in the course of its activity. Production effciency is characterized by the level of utilization of the resources of the enterprise taking into account the environmental factors and is determined by comparing the production results with its costs. Determining the effciency of production is to evaluate its results. The magnitude of the results obtained does not allow us to conclude on the effciency or ineffciency of the enterprise, since it is unknown what price they were obtained. Hence, in order to obtain an objective assessment of the performance of an enterprise, it is necessary to consider an estimate of the costs that led to certain results. In addition to the assessment of factors of production, it is necessary to take into account the fnancial condition of the enterprise, as well as certain organizational, managerial, technological and other advantages of the enterprise

повышения эффективности деятельности промышленного предприятия необходимо учитывать все факторы, влияющие на эффективность экономической деятельности. Проанализированы принципы, которых целесообразно придерживаться при формировании системы показателей эффективности деятельности предприятия, даны практические рекомендации по формированию и совершенствованию механизма повышения эффективности деятельности промышленного предприятия, что позволит улучшить техническое вооружение производства и обеспечит конкурентоспособность выпускаемой продукции за счет внедрения новейших технологий. Рассмотрены группы факторов (внешних и внутренних) системы экономической эффективности деятельности предприятий.
