Цифровізація вітчизняного туристичного бізнесу

Abstract

UK: У кваліфікаційній роботі охарактеризовано теоретико-методичні основи цифровізації туристичного бізнесу; проведено аналіз стану цифровізації туристичного бізнесу в Україні; розроблено напрями підвищення рівня цифровізації туристичного бізнесу України. Актуальність роботи обґрунтована необхідністю адаптації вітчизняних туристичних підприємств до умов цифрової економіки та підвищення їх конкурентоспроможності через впровадження сучасних цифрових технологій. Практичне значення результатів: розробка дієвих рекомендацій щодо цифрової трансформації туристичних підприємств України. EN: The theoretical and methodological foundations of digitalization of the tourism business were studied in the qualification work; an analysis of the state of digitalization of the tourism business in Ukraine was carried out; directions for increasing the level of digitalization of the tourism business in Ukraine were developed. The relevance of the work is justified by the need to adapt domestic tourism enterprises to the conditions of the digital economy and increase their competitiveness through the introduction of modern digital technologies. The practical significance of the results: development of effective recommendations for digital transformation of tourism enterprises in Ukraine.
