| dc.description.abstract | UK: У статті обґрунтовано важливість сфери інформаційних технологій для економіки України в контексті світових інтеграційних процесів. Досліджено проблеми та тенденції, які спостерігаються на вітчизняному ІТ-ринку впродовж останніх років та визначено фактори, що їх викликають. Доведено стрімкий динамічний розвиток досліджуваної галузі в умовах глобальної, всеохоплюючої «цифровізації» національних економік, проаналізовано основні економічні показники та міжнародні рейтинги України в сучасному ІТ-сегменті. Проаналізовано особливості, рівень та стан розвитку галузі інформаційних технологій України на фоні інших країн – гравців ІТ-ринку. Визначено ряд важливих напрямів в ІТ-сегменті, популярність яких зросла через пандемію, зокрема: ІТ-безпека, хмарні системи, інтелектуальна праця в розробці з правом власності, які в найближчому майбутньому будуть приносити значні прибутки їх розробникам. Встановлено основні перешкоди з боку держави на шляху модернізації української ІТ-сфери та її інтеграції в інформаційний європейський простір, запропоновано шляхи їх усунення. EN: In the article the importance of the sphere of information technologies for the economy of Ukraine in the context of world integration processes was grounded. The author examined the problems and the trends observed on the domestic IT- market in recent years and identified the factors that cause them; proved rapid dynamic development of the studied industry in the context of the global all-encompassing digitalization of national economies, and analyzed basic economic indicators and international ratings of Ukraine in the modern IT-segment. In the article analyzes the features of functioning, the level and state of development of the information technology industry in Ukraine compared to other countries - the IT market players were analyzed. The author has identified important directions in the IT-segment, whose popularity has grown due to the pandemic, namely: IT-Security, cloud systems, intellectual work to develop with ownership, which in the near future will bring significant profits their developers; main obstacles by the state were established on the path of modernization of the Ukrainian IT-sphere and its integration into the European information space. The author suggested measures to solve them, including: identify IT industry as a priority sector and develop a system of incentives and support for its development; optimize the legislation and improve the regulation of IT sector; create a favorable and transparent fiscal system; increase IT companies access to investment; promote the development of an internal competitive IT market, and improve the quality of national education in the field of information technology; organize promotion of Ukrainian products on foreign markets; create a positive IT image of Ukraine as the largest producer and supplier of information and communication products in Europe, making our country a great European center for the implementation of research and development and research and development work. In the article identifies a number of characteristics that are attractive to the modern Ukrainian IT industry, namely: awareness of the need for automation of the information management process and data preservation for gaining competitive advantages; desire to increase the productivity of business and gaining competitive advantages; growing interest of companies and organizations in business solutions to improve efficiency; growing professionalism among contracting companies and IT professionals, which contributes to a more competent choice of technologies for business tasks taking into account the future development. RU: В статье обоснована важность сферы информационных технологий для экономики Украины в контексте мировых интеграционных процессов. Исследованы проблемы и тенденции, которые можно наблюдать в последние годы на отечественном ІТ-рынке и определены факторы, которые их вызывают. Доказано стремительное динамическое развитие исследуемой отрасти в условиях глобальной, всеохватывающей «цифровизации» национальных экономик, проанализированы основные экономические показатели и международные рейтинги Украины в современном ІТ-сегменте. Проанализирован особенности функционирования, уровень и состояние развития отрасли информационных технологий Украины на фоне других стран – игроков ІТ-рынка. Определено ряд важных направлений в ІТ-сегменте, популярность которых выросла через пандемию, в частности: ІТ-безопасность, облачные системы, интеллектуальный труд по разработке с правом собственности, которые в ближайшем будущем будут приносить существенную прибыль их разработчикам. Установлены основные барьеры со стороны государства на пути модернизации украинской ІТ-сфери и её интеграции в информационное европейское пространство, предложены основные пути их устранения. | uk |
