Трудовий потенціал аграрної сфери як базовий імператив сталого розвитку

Abstract

UK: Викладено результати дослідження теоретико-методологічних та практичних засад управління трудовим потенціалом аграрної сфери в умовах сталого розвитку. Проаналізовано сучасний стан та умови функціонування аграрної сфери України. Визначено проблеми кадрового забезпечення інноваційного розвитку аграрного сектора. Проаналізовано фактори та тенденції формування, використання й розвитку трудового потенціалу аграрної сфери, досліджено ефективність використання трудового потенціалу. Обґрунтовано стратегічний підхід до управління трудовим потенціалом, що забезпечить сталий розвиток аграрної сфери як провідної галузі національного господарства. Монографія розрахована на фахівців державних та регіональних органів управління, керівників підприємств, підприємців, науковців, викладачів та аспірантів, а також всіх, хто цікавиться проблемами управління трудовим потенціалом аграрної сфери та аспектами сталого розвитку. The current state and conditions of the functioning of the agricultural sector of Ukraine are analyzed. The problems of personnel provision for the innovative development of the agricultural sector are identified. The factors and trends of the formation, use and development of the labor potential of the agricultural sector are analyzed, the efficiency of the use of labor potential is investigated. A strategic approach to labor potential management is substantiated, which will ensure the sustainable development of the agricultural sector as a leading sector of the national economy. The monograph is intended for specialists of state and regional government bodies, heads of enterprises, entrepreneurs, scientists, teachers and postgraduates, as well as everyone who is interested in the problems of managing the labor potential of the agricultural sector and aspects of sustainable development.
