Abstract
UK: У статті викладено принципові засади формування системи генерації, розподілу та оплати електричної енергії споживачами. У числі підходів, за допомогою яких сформульовані ці принципи, є формально-логічний, причинно-наслідковий, діалектичний та морально-етичний. В умовах існуючої в Україні та у світі в цілому кризи управління та електричною галуззю та держави в цілому, автор пропонує сформувати нові та/або оновлені філософські принципи, на яких галузь та держава зможе заснувати свою діяльність в умовах наступного пост-модерну.
EN: The article outlines the fundamental principles of forming a system for generating, distributing and paying for electrical energy by consumers. Among the approaches by which these principles are formulated are formal-logical, cause-and-effect, dialectical and moral-ethical. In the context of the current management crisis in the electrical industry and the state as a whole in Ukraine and the world as a whole, the author proposes to form new and/or updated philosophical principles on which the industry and the state can base their activities in the conditions of the coming post-modernity.
