Abstract
UK: У дослідженні використовується методологія соціологічного опитування для збору даних та аналізу результатів. Такий підхід дозволяє кількісно підтвердити гіпотези щодо факторів впливу на кар'єрний ріст. За допомогою математичного обґрунтування визначено вагові коефіцієнти цих факторів і встановлено комплексну оцінку професійного кар’єрного росту. Дослідження успішно розробляє та підтверджує інтегральний коефіцієнт
що кількісно описує вплив пріоритетних факторів на розвиток кар'єри. Результати свідчать про те, що запропонована методологія може бути реалізована в практиці управління персоналом для покращення мотивації та сприяння ефективним соціально-економічним системам.
EN: The study employs a sociological survey methodology to collect data and analyze the results. This approach allows for the quantitative confi rmation of hypotheses regarding the infl uencing factors on career growth. Mathematical justifi cation is used to determine the weighting coeffi cients of these factors and establish a comprehensive assessment of professional career growth. The research successfully develops and validates an integral coeffi cient
that quantitatively describes the impact of priority factors on career development. The fi ndings suggest that the proposed methodology can be implemented in personnel management practices to improve motivation and foster eff ective socioeconomic systems.
