Конституційно-правове забезпечення права на соціальний захист в Україні

Abstract

UK: У статті розкрито проблематику механізму конституційно-правового забезпечення права на соціальний захист як цілісної динамічної системи організаційно-правових засобів, спрямованих на реалізацію, захист та охорону права на соціальний захист. Водночас надається характеристика кожній підсистемі механізму конституційно-правового забезпечення права на соціальний захист (механізму реалізації права на соціальний захист; механізму охорони права на соціальний захист; механізму захисту права на соціальний захист). EN: The article reveals the problematics of the mechanism for the constitutional and legal provision of the right to social protection are revealed as a comprehensive and dynamic system of organizational and legal means aimed at the implementation, protection, and safeguarding of the right to social protection. At the same time, each subsystem of the mechanism for the constitutional and legal provision of the right to social protection is characterized (the mechanism for the realization of the right to social protection, the mechanism for safeguarding the right to social protection, and the mechanism for protecting the right to social protection).
