Abstract

UK: В даному проекті пропонується виконати модернізацію мостового електричного крану вантажопідіймальністю 50/16 т., який працює на заводі Запоріжсталь. Модернізація передбачає заміну старого візка на новий, з метою зменшення ваги крана, завдяки чому зменшиться вартість крана й тиск на колону цеху від маси крана й підіймаємого вантажу і це дозволить працювати у цехах, яких обмежено навантаження на колону. Стандартний візок, вантажопідйомністю 50/16 т. важить 13,5т., а новий візок важить 8 т. Зменшення маси візка виходить за рахунок зміни норм розрахунків, правил устрою й безпечної експлуатації вантажопідйомних кранів, застосування нового обладнання. EN: This project proposes the modernisation of a 50/16-tonne electric overhead crane operating at the Zaporizhstal plant. The modernisation involves replacing the old trolley with a new one in order to reduce the crane’s weight, thereby lowering the crane’s cost and reducing the load on the workshop columns caused by the weight of the crane and the load being lifted; this will enable operation in workshops where there are load restrictions on the columns. A standard trolley with a lifting capacity of 50/16 tonnes weighs 13.5 tonnes, whilst the new trolley weighs 8 tonnes. The reduction in the trolley’s weight is achieved by revising design standards, rules governing the construction and safe operation of lifting cranes, and the use of new equipment.
