Abstract
UK: Постіндустріальна система економічних відносин передбачає перегляд, уточнення або повну зміну основних
принципів та підходів до засад управління, в тому числі до так званого економічного підходу до управління. Проаналізовані основні засади економічного підходу до управління як концепції з точки зору класичного менеджменту (індустріальна система відносин) та постіндустріального менеджменту (постіндустріальної системи відносин) з їх порівнянням та стислими характеристиками.
The aim of the article is the realization of comparative analysis of determination and components of concepts of the
economic approach to management from the view point of the system of industrial relations (machine production) and postindustrialism with its method of economic relations and corresponding management principles. This article examines the essence of the economic approach to management from the standpoint of the organization vision as system of mechanical relations, by analogy with a mechanism and assembly line. EN: These principles are laid down both in the operating sphere of the organization
activity and into its administrative part. In terms of the classic economic approach to management the organization control system must consist of clearly-defined parts and accordingly produce the administrative decisions as conveyer, that is in the
algorithmization way, effectively and in the forecast way. System approach to management is the complete opposite to the mechanical one, and examines the organization as complex sometimes indescribable organism. Conclusion: in the period of transition to the system of so-called post-industrial relations the conception of the system approach to management is acquired particular relevance.
RU: Постиндустриальная система экономических отношений предусматривает пересмотр, уточнение или полное изменение основных принципов и подходов к принципам управления, в том числе к так называемому экономическому подходу к управлению. Проанализированные основные принципы экономического подхода к управлению как концепции с точки зрения классического менеджмента (индустриальная система отношений) и постиндустриального менеджмента (постиндустриальной системы отношений) с их сравнением и сжатыми характеристиками.
