Соціальна адаптація вимушено-переміщених осіб, які постраждали внаслідок військового стану

Abstract

UK: У статті проведено аналіз поточної ситуації щодо соціальної адаптації вимушено переміщених осіб (ВПО) в Україні під час повномасштабного вторгнення РФ. Зокрема, особливу увагу було звернено на розбіжності у рівні адаптації ВПО із різних регіонів України, що вказує на необхідність врахування географічно-культурного фактору під час проектування програм соціальної адаптації ВПО в Україні. З урахуванням зарубіжного досвіду, зокрема адаптації сирійських біженців в країнах ЄС, запропоновано використання кластерного підходу, а також моделі п'ятиланкової спіралі (Penta helix) EN: The article makes an attempt to analyze the current situation regarding the social adaptation of forcibly displaced persons (IDPs) in Ukraine during the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation. Based on the analysis of domestic Ukrainian literature sources, as well as foreign publications, the authors try to comprehend factors and variables influencing the level and processes of such an adaptation. In particular, special attention was paid to the differences in the level of adaptation of IDPs from different regions of Ukraine, which indicates the need to take into account the geographical and cultural factor when designing social adaptation programs of IDPs in Ukraine. Taking into account foreign experience, in particular the adaptation of Syrian refugees in the EU countries, the use of a cluster approach, as well as the model of a five-link spiral (Penta helix) is proposed, which is also proposed as the vector of further research
