UK: Розглянуто теоретичні засади соціально- психологічної складової в системі управління персоналом та сучасні концепції управління персоналом організації. Проаналізовано використання соціально-психологічних методів в системі управління персоналом підприємства. Досліджено методи соціально-психологічної підтримки персоналу в умовах воєнного стану. Запропоновано напрямки удосконалення методів соціально-психологічного впливу на персонал. Розроблено пропозиції щодо впровадження методів управління стресами в організації в умовах воєнного стану. Розроблено технології удосконалення соціально-психологічного клімату в колективі. EN: The theoretical foundations of the social-psychological component in the personnel management system and modern concepts of personnel management of the organization are considered. The use of socio-psychological methods in the personnel management system of the enterprise is analyzed. The methods of socio-psychological support of personnel in the conditions of martial law were studied. Directions for improving the methods of socio-psychological influence on personnel are proposed. Proposals have been developed for the implementation of stress management methods in the organization under martial law conditions. Technologies for improving the social and psychological climate in the team have been developed.
