Abstract
UK: Об’єкт дослідження – складають особливості розвитку спільнот, що представлені об’єднаними територіальними громадами (ОТГ) півдня України.
Предмет дослідження – метод асоціативних правил реалізований в різних програмних засобах та його застосування до аналізу структурних особливостей фінансування і динаміки розвитку областей.
Мета роботи – порівняльний аналіз програмних засобів для реалізації методу асоціативних правил та його застосування до аналізу структурних особливостей фінансування і динаміки розвитку областей.
Методи дослідження – метод асоціативних правил.
В дипломній роботі представлено аналіз особливостей розвитку спільнот чотирьох областей півдня України за даними довоєнного економічного і демографічного потенціалу. Методом асоціативних правил зроблено передбачення умов досягнення цілей сталого розвитку територій. За цільові показники було обрано дохід на душу населення ОТГ та частку власного доходу на 1 особу ОТГ в доході на душу населення. Для обгрунтування вибору програмного забезпечення було виконано порівняння двох засобів реалізації методу асоціативних правил: модуль ARMADA (пакет MATLAB) та бібліотеки arules, arulesViz (мова програмування R). Результати дослідження будуть корисними для формування шляхів подолання негативних наслідків та забезпечення ефективного соціально-економічного відновлення та розвитку об’єднаних територіальних громад (ОТГ).
EN: The object of the study is the peculiarities of the development of communities represented by the United Territorial Communities (UTCs) of southern Ukraine.
The subject of the research is the method of associative rules implemented in various software tools and its application to the analysis of the structural features of financing and the dynamics of regional development.
The purpose of the work is a comparative analysis of software tools for implementing the method of associative rules and its application to the analysis of the structural features of financing and the dynamics of regional development.
Research methods – the method of associative rules.
The thesis presents an analysis of the characteristics of the development of communities in four regions of southern Ukraine based on the pre-war economic and demographic potential. Using the method of associative rules, the conditions for achieving the goals of sustainable development of territories were predicted. The target indicators were the income per capita of the OTG and the share of own income per 1 person of the OTG in the income per capita. To justify the choice of software, a comparison of two means of implementing the method of associative rules was performed: the ARMADA module (MATLAB package) and the arules library, arulesViz (R programming language). The results of the study will be useful for the formation of ways to overcome negative consequences and ensure effective socio-economic recovery and development of united territorial communities (UTC).
