| dc.description.abstract | UK: У статті проведено аналіз наукових досліджень для розкриття змісту соціального захисту працівників правоохоронних органів. Окреслено, що соціальний захист працівників правоохоронних органів є одним з видів соціального захисту населення, який має певну специфіку, що зумовлена правовим статусом суб’єкта соціального захисту. Акцентовано увагу на те, що соціальний захист завжди буде одним із напрямів соціальної політики держави, що припускає як встановлення певних гарантій у сфері соціального захисту, так й передбачає фінансування для їх реалізації. На цій основі вироблено ряд наукових висновків і пропозицій щодо нормативно-правового забезпечення соціального захисту працівників правоохоронних органів. EN: The article analyzes scientific research to reveal the content of social protection for law enforcement officers. It is outlined that the social protection of law enforcement officers is one of the types of social protection of the population, which has a certain specificity due to the legal status of the subject of social protection. Attention is focused on the fact that social protection will always be one of the directions of the state's social policy, which implies both the establishment of certain guarantees in the field of social protection and funding for their implementation. On this basis, a number of scientific conclusions and proposals have been made regarding the regulatory and legal provision of social protection for law enforcement officers. | uk |
