Abstract

UK: В дипломній роботі досліджувався вплив швидкості охолодження з розплаву на формування структури доевтектичних силумінів, отриманих шляхом лиття в кокіль спеціальної будови. Метою роботи є дослідження структурно-фазових перетворень, що відбуваються при охолодженні. За допомогою металографічного, рентгеноструктурного методів, вимірювання мікротвердості та теоретичного розрахунку розміру зерен була досліджена структура зразків у залежності від швидкості охолодження. EN: The diploma work investigated the influence of the cooling rate from the melt on the formation of the structure of pre-eutectic silumins obtained by casting in a mold of a special structure. The purpose of the work is to study the structural and phase transformations that occur during cooling. With the help of metallographic, X-ray structural methods, measurement of microhardness and theoretical calculation of grain size, the structure of the samples was investigated depending on the cooling rate.
