| dc.description.abstract | UK: Дипломна робота бакалавра: «Управління інвестиційною діяльністю підприємства під час кризи»: 100 с., рисунки 22, таблиці 24, список джерел 52 найменування. Інвестиційна діяльність дозволяє бізнесу розвиватися швидше, будучи важливою умовою виживання компаній, незалежно від глобальної макроекономічної ситуації. Період економічної кризи – найкращий час для великих інвестицій. Під час кризи капітальні витрати зазвичай нижчі, ніж у періоди економічного зростання та вищих цін на ресурси. Об'єкт дослідження – Процес управління інвестиційною діяльністю підприємства. Предмет дослідження – теоретичні, методичні і прикладні аспекти інвестиційної активності підприємства під час кризи. Мета дипломної роботи – розробка шляхів активізації інвестиційної діяльності підприємства в умовах кризи. Методи дослідження: порівняння, аналіз, синтез, узагальнення, математико-статистичні та графічні. Результати і їх новизна. Наукова новизна – подальшого розвитку отримав підхід до розробки стратегії покращення ефективності інвестиційних проєктів. Основні положення роботи. Вивчено теоретичні основи управління інвестиційною діяльністю підприємства під час кризи; проведено аналіз інвестиційної діяльності ПРАТ «ФІТОФАРМ»; розроблено рекомендації щодо активізації інвестиційної діяльності підприємства в умовах кризи. Значущість роботи і висновки. Запропоновано шляхи скорочення та мінімізації витрат на фінансування інвестиційного проєкту. Investment activity allows businesses to grow faster, being an important condition for the survival of companies, regardless of the global macroeconomic situation. The period of economic crisis is the best time for large investments. In times of crisis, capital expenditures are usually lower than in periods of economic growth and higher resource prices. Object of research - the process of managing the investment activity of the enterprise. The subject of the study is theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of investment activity of the enterprise during the crisis. The purpose of the thesis is to develop ways to intensify the investment activity of the enterprise in times of crisis. Research methods: comparison, analysis, synthesis, generalization, mathematical, statistical and graphical. Results and their novelty. Scientific novelty - the approach to developing a strategy for improving the efficiency of investment projects has been further developed. The main provisions of the work. The theoretical foundations of managing the investment activity of an enterprise during a crisis were studied; the investment activity of PJSC "FITOFARM" was analyzed; recommendations for intensifying the investment activity of the enterprise in a crisis were developed.
