| dc.description.abstract | UK: Об’єктом дослідження є процес прийняття управлінських рішень керівниками територіальних громад. Предметом дослідження є шляхи і заходи з підвищення ефективності прийняття управлінських рішень керівниками територіальних громад в умовах воєнного стану. Мета написання роботи - розробити шляхи підвищення ефективності прийняття управлінських рішень керівниками територіальних громад в умовах воєнного стану. Методи дослідження: описовий, порівняльний, емпіричний (тестування), математичної статистики. Результати і їх новизна. Проведено дослідження щодо визначення зв’язку між рівнем стресостійкості керівників територіальних громад (ТГ) та ефективністю прийняття ними управлінських рішень. Новизна роботи полягає в розробці комплексної програми підвищення рівня стресостійкості у керівників ТГ під час воєнного стану. Розглянуто теоретичні основи прийняття управлінських рішень керівниками територіальних громад в умовах воєнного стану, досліджено прийняття управлінських рішень керівниками Матвіївської сільської ради, розроблено шляхи підвищення ефективності прийняття управлінських рішень територіальних громад в умовах воєнного стану.Розроблена модель та комплексна програма підвищення рівня стресостійкості у керівників ТГ під час воєнного стану дозволяє підвищити ефективність прийняття ними управлінських рішень в умовах ризику. EN: The object of the study is the process of making management decisions by the leaders of territorial communities. The subject of the study is the ways and measures to increase the efficiency of management decision-making by the heads of territorial communities in the conditions of martial law. The purpose of writing the work is to develop ways to increase the effectiveness of management decision-making by the leaders of territorial communities in the conditions of martial law. Research methods: descriptive, comparative, empirical (testing), mathematical statistics. Results and their novelty. A study was conducted to determine the relationship between the level of stress resistance of leaders of territorial communities (TG) and the effectiveness of their management decision-making. The novelty of the work consists in the development of a comprehensive program to increase the level of stress resistance of TG leaders during martial law. The theoretical foundations of management decision-making by the leaders of territorial communities under martial law were considered, management decision-making by the leaders of the Matviyiv village council was investigated, and ways of improving the effectiveness of management decision-making by territorial communities under martial law were developed. Significance of work and conclusions. The developed model and comprehensive program for increasing the level of stress resistance of TG leaders during martial law allows to increase the effectiveness of their management decision-making in conditions of risk. | uk |
