Abstract

UK: Дипломна робота присвячена дослідженню управління розвитком стратегічного потенціалу металургійного підприємства. Об’єктом дослідження є сучасний стратегічний потенціал вітчизняних металургійних підприємств. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні, методичні та практичні аспекти управління розвитком стратегічного потенціалу підприємств. Мета – розробка теоретичних та науково-практичних рекомендацій з управління розвитком стратегічного потенціалу ПрАТ «Дніпроспецсталь». Методи дослідження: загальнонаукові (методи аналізу та синтезу, порівняльного аналізу, індукції та дедукції, логічного узагальнення), економіко-статистичні, матричний метод, метод порівнянь та аналогій, методи експертних оцінок, методи економіко-математичного моделювання тощо. Результати і їх новизна. Проведено дослідження, результатом якого стало обґрунтування концепції щодо удосконалення процесу управління розвитком стратегічного потенціалу ПрАТ «Дніпроспецсталь». Основні положення роботи: теоретичні аспекти управління розвитком стратегічного потенціалу металургійних підприємств, аналіз управління стратегічним потенціалом ПрАТ «Дніпроспецсталь» та обґрунтування напрямів його удосконалення. Значущість роботи і висновки. Основні положення роботи можуть бути використані при вирішенні проблем управління стратегічним потенціалом металургійних підприємств. Найбільш важливе значення мають рекомендації щодо формування концепції управління стратегічним потенціалом підприємств на основі спеціалізованого інструментарію підтримки прийняття управлінських рішень.

A study was conducted, the result of which was the justification of the concept for improving the process of managing the development of the strategic potential of PJSC «Dniprospetsstal». Main provisions of the work: theoretical aspects of managing the development of the strategic potential of metallurgical enterprises, analysis of the management of the strategic potential of PJSC "Dneprospetsstal" and substantiation of the directions of its improvement. Significance of the work and conclusions. The main provisions of the work can be used in solving the problems of managing the strategic potential of metallurgical enterprises. The most important are the recommendations for the formation of the concept of managing the strategic potential of enterprises on the basis of specialized tools to support management decision-making.
