Навички, освіта та знання людей є прикладами того, як людський капітал сприяє успіху організації. Практика інвестування, сформовані політики та системи свідчать про те, чи справді компанія ставиться до людей як до свого найціннішого активу. Саме тому вказана тема дослідження є актуальною у сфері менеджменту організацій і адміністрування як самостійної наукової та освітньої галузі.
Об'єкт дослідження – процес управління людським капіталом підприємства. Предмет дослідження – теоретичні, методичні і прикладні аспекти інвестування в людський капітал підприємства в сучасних умовах.
Мета дипломної роботи – розробка рекомендацій щодо активізації інвестування в людський капітал підприємтва в сучасних умовах.
Методи дослідження: порівняння, аналіз, синтез, узагальнення, математико-статистичні та графічні.
Результати і їх новизна. Наукова новизна – подальшого розвитку отримав підхід до інвестування в людський капітал в умовах діджиталізації економіки.
Основні положення роботи. Вивчено теоретичні основи інвестування в людський капітал; проведено аналіз стану інвестування в людський капітал АТ УКРЗАЛІЗНИЦЯ"; розроблено рекомендації щодо інвестування в розвиток людського капіталу підприємства сучасних в умовах.
Значущість роботи і висновки. Запропоновано напрямки активізації інвестування в людський капітал АТ «УКРЗАЛІЗНИЦЯ"

People's skills, education, and knowledge are examples of how human capital contributes to an organization's success. Investment practices, policies and systems in place indicate whether a company truly treats people as its most valuable asset. That is why the specified research topic is relevant in the field of organization management and administration as an independent scientific and educational field.
The object of research is the process of human capital management of the enterprise. The subject of the study is the theoretical, methodical and applied aspects of investing in the human capital of the enterprise in modern conditions.
The purpose of the diploma work is to develop recommendations for the activation of investment in the human capital of the enterprise in modern conditions.
Research methods: comparison, analysis, synthesis, generalization, mathematical-statistical and graphic.
Results and their novelty. Scientific novelty - the approach to investing in human capital in conditions of digitalization of the economy received further development.
The main provisions of the work. The theoretical foundations of investing in human capital have been studied; an analysis of the state of investment in the human capital of “JSC UKRZALIZNYTSYA” was carried out; recommendations were developed for investing in the development of the human capital of the enterprise in modern conditions.
