Abstract

UK: Визначено сутність та роль управління персоналом в митних органах. Розкрито особливості організації управління персоналом в митних органах. Охарактеризовано функції та форми управління персоналом в митних органах. Проаналізовано кадрову політику Державної митної служби України. Здійснено аналіз механізму підбору кадрів в митних органах. Проаналізовано систему мотивації персоналу митних органів. Визначено шляхи підвищення ефективності кадрової політики Державної митної служби України. Розроблено пропозиції та рекомендації щодо удосконалення управління персоналом митних органів України. EN: The essence and role of personnel management in customs authorities is determined. The peculiarities of the organization of personnel management in the customs authorities are disclosed. The functions and forms of personnel management in customs authorities are characterized. The personnel policy of the State Customs Service of Ukraine was analyzed. An analysis of the recruitment mechanism in the customs authorities was carried out. The system of motivation of the personnel of the customs authorities was analyzed. Ways to improve the effectiveness of the State Customs Service of Ukraine personnel policy have been identified. Proposals and recommendations for improving the personnel management of the customs authorities of Ukraine have been developed.
