Abstract

UK: Робота присвячена дослідженню направленому на підвищення ефективності роботи ресторану. У роботі було розглянуто теоретичні аспекти ефективного управління ресторанним бізнесом, а також характерні особливості роботи ресторанів і розвитку ресторанного бізнесу. Проведений аналіз діяльності роботи ресторану «Pizza Celentano», наведено аналіз конкурентного середовища ресторану. Розроблено заходи по підвищенню ефективності роботи ресторану «Pizza Celentano». Значимість роботи полягає в тому, що наведені в роботі пропозиції можуть бути використані рестораторами України для підвищення ефективності діяльності ресторанів. EN: The work is devoted to research aimed at increasing the efficiency of the restaurant. The paper considered the theoretical aspects of effective management of the restaurant business, as well as the characteristic features of the operation of restaurants and the development of the restaurant business. An analysis of the operation of the «Pizza Celentano» restaurant was carried out, an analysis of the restaurant's competitive environment was provided. Measures have been developed to increase the efficiency of the Pizza Celentano restaurant. The significance of the work lies in the fact that the proposals given in the work can be used by restaurateurs of Ukraine to improve the efficiency of restaurant operations.
